Exchange offer to eligible shareholders in H. Lundbeck A/S
Lundbeckfond Invest A/S, a fully owned subsidiary of the Lundbeck Foundation, has launched a voluntary exchange offer for eligible shareholders of A-shares in H. Lundbeck A/S.
The exchange offer provides eligible shareholders of A-shares the opportunity to exchange these for B-shares held by Lundbeckfond Invest A/S on a 1:1 basis until 16 September 2026.
